Word Guess: what it is and how to play
In Word Guess you find the hidden 5-letter word in 6 tries! After each guess, tile colours show how close you are: green is the right letter in the right spot, gold is a right letter in another spot and grey means the letter is not in the word.
Game modes
The game has 300 levels, and the difficulty climbs gradually, so beginners and veterans both find their pace. Each level pays up to 3 stars, and you can compete in the world ranking by stars. The game is free and runs in your browser with no install.
Tips for beginners
Open with a word that has several vowels, and do not reuse letters that came back grey.
