Open the app → Settings → Delete my online profile → confirm.
Deleted at once from our server: nickname, profile photo, country, avatar colour, total and per-game stars, finished levels, chess and checkers ratings and results, the cloud save of your progress, the Google sign-in link (if you used it), your purchase records, your support messages and your notification tokens. Your levels and coins on the phone stay; uninstalling the app removes them too.
E-mail support@tulpor.com with the subject “Puzzle Club — delete my data” and your nickname and country as shown in the ranking. We delete the profile within 7 days and reply when it is done.
Nothing about you is kept after deletion. Moves of online duels are never stored after a game ends.
