Delete your Osmon Rush data

App: Osmon Rush · Developer: Tulpor (iPhone, iPad and Android). Osmon Rush has no e-mail or password sign-in: your profile is a random player code (8 characters, e.g. AB12 CD34) kept on your device and on our game server.

1. In the game (fastest)

Open Osmon Rush → Settings → Delete my data → confirm. Players under 13 also enter the parent PIN.

The deletion happens at once: on the device, in the backup copy (iCloud on iPhone/iPad), and on our server. The game then starts again from the first screen.

2. Without the app

E-mail support@tulpor.com with the subject “Osmon Rush — delete my data” and include:

your player code (in the game: Friends → “My friend code”; a friend can also see it in their friends list) and your in-game name;
if you still have the app, write the same request in Settings → Support chat — that proves the profile is yours and we can delete it right away.

Because profiles have no e-mail, we check that the code belongs to you (for example through the support chat or the details you give) and then delete it. We confirm by e-mail. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player code, secret and in-game name (the name becomes free for others).
Your room showcase, race times on the rankings, friends and friend requests, gifts and messages you sent, your support chat and the reports you filed, and your Game Center link (iPhone/iPad).
The progress stored on the device and in its backup copy (when you delete in the game).

What may be kept

Reports other players made about your profile (the moderation log keeps only the latest 400 reports, older ones drop out) and a moderation block if one was given — these keep the game safe, for example so a blocked player cannot come back under a new name.
Purchase records kept by Apple or Google under their own policies — we never see your payment details.
Anonymous totals with nothing that identifies you (for example how many races were run in a day).
